This includes direct one-on-one contact with either Chris George III or Caleb George from beginning to end. As your personal project manager, Chris or Caleb will guide you through the process and answer any questions you might have along the way. This means a timely response, directly from your builder, to all of your calls/emails throughout the process.
We offer a unique online home building management system to each of our customer.
In addition to direct contact via cell phone or email to their project manager, Chris George Custom Homes offers an online management system for our customers to sign change orders, track their selections, refer to their contract or blueprints, upload pictures, and make warranty requests from any web browser. This allows our Buyers to have an easy way to stay informed and connected throughout the process.
We offer in-house architecture.
This allows us to not only alter our own floor plans to meet your needs but we can also build you a floor plan from scratch. We offer a first class selection process.
One of the most important aspects of building a new home is selecting the decor items for your new home (paint, carpet, tile, stone, etc.). Instead of having our customers run around town to make all of these selections separately, the vast majority of our selections are made at one location with the assistance of a designated interior designer.
We have great, long standing relationships with our sub-contractors.
Unlike many builders who will "shop around" each job to multiple sub-contractors (drywall, insulation, hardwoods, paint, plumbing, etc.) in order to find the cheapest deal, we understand that our loyalty to our subs is rewarded with their loyalty and dedication to us. Many of our subs have been with us for 15+ years and they understand the level of quality we expect. This results in timely execution of work and a consistent quality product.

One of the best parts of purchasing a new home is the piece of mind that comes along with it. We offer one of the best one year warranties in the industry. Our warranty also includes a 3 month and an 11 month callback list with the purchase of any home.
